Pizza Party
Our first night of the reunion, we had a pizza party. Barbara has an authentic pizza oven in her kitchen, and she offered to make up dough for pizza. She has a huge industrial sized mixer, and made enough pizza dough for 30 12-inch pizzas. I prepared all the toppings - pepperoni, ham, pineapple, bbq chicken, cheese, etc. Barbara insisted that everyone make their own pizza. She had step stools for the kids to stand on, and we all rolled out our own dough and made our pizza according to our individual tastes. Each pizza baked up in about 5 minutes in the 500 degree stone pizza oven. It was a lot of fun.

That oven is amazing! Sounds like a fun group activity, making your own pizzas. Maybe we should do a field trip there for recipe club. :)
